• I wrote this for a friend who is dealing with some issues right now...

   

  beautiful soul

   

  beautiful soul, filled with love

  offering it freely

  yet

  getting nothing in return

   

  lonely soul with walls built high

  blinded by your own fears

  unable to see what's right in front

  of you

   

  how long do you think she will wait?

  she is standing there

  her hand stretched out

  waiting for your grasp

   

  waiting for you 

  reach out your hand

  grasp the love of one so dear

  she is standing there with her hand out to you...

   

  will you open up your heart

  let down your walls

  before she realizes what she's missing

  and she leaves you for one

   

  who can give her the love she

  needs

  wants

  and deserves

   

  let down your walls before

  its too late

  before someone else

  grasps the hand she holds out

   

  her beautiful soul is

  so filled with love to give

  she deserves to have that love

  cherished and returned 10 fold
